	Kelly Martin-Carter officially joined the Granger Fire Department in 2008. Her current position is Community Support Person. Kelly puts out the newsletter for our department and writes a news article for the Granger newspaper. She also works to help provide fire prevention materials to the schools. Kelly grew up in Sunnyside, Wa. and teaches second grade at Roosevelt Elementary School in Granger. She has taught for 16 years. Kelly is married to Terry Carter, also a Granger Fire Fighter/EMT. They have one son, Thomas. Together they live in the country and enjoy looking at Mount Adams out their back door. Kelly loves collecting fairies.
